Justin Fillion
Superintendent
Superintendent
Justin Fillion brings over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a background spanning project management, field supervision, estimating, and subcontractor coordination. Since joining Home Leasing in 2019, Justin has played a key role in supporting construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered with quality, safety, and efficiency.
His expertise covers a wide range of construction disciplines, including concrete and masonry sales and installation, project scheduling, budget management, site safety compliance, and maintaining accurate construction documentation. In addition to his construction experience, Justin has an extensive background in landscaping, including hardscape and softscape installations, property maintenance, and snow removal services.
Justin holds an Associate’s degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Development from Alfred State College – SUNY College of Technology, where he was actively involved in student life, serving as a resident assistant and a member of the Pi Rho Zeta fraternity. He also holds a Class A Commercial Driver’s License with air brake and trailer endorsements and has completed OSHA 30-hour safety training.
With a practical, detail-oriented approach and a deep understanding of field operations, Justin contributes to Home Leasing’s commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable communities.
