East Lake Commons

East Lake Commons is the new construction of a five-story building for income qualified families and individuals with 70 residential units in the City of Oswego, NY that is being developed by Home Leasing in partnership with Edgemere Development. The building will include an elevator, office, community room and laundry services/hook-ups. An existing building on the site will be demolished to make way for the new construction. Site work will include clearing, grading and excavation, construction of driveways, parking areas and sidewalks, finish grading and landscaping. The community will feature easy access to downtown amenities including the Oswego Port and Oswego River and will bring housing and other commercial services to the neighborhood. East Lake Commons will be a smoke-free community equipped with a wide array of amenities.
