Ithaca Neighborhood Scattered Sites Phase II

Ithaca Neighborhood Scattered Sites Phase II is the rehabilitation of four buildings comprised of 16 current apartment homes and three commercial spaces and the new construction of a 13-unit apartment building. This development provides 29 affordable apartments to the City of Ithaca.

The new construction is a wood-framed building that includes ten 1-bedroom apartments, two 2-bedroom and one 2-bedroom townhouse. 

The imrpovements for the existing apartments include kitchen and bathroom upgrades throughout, hardwood floor refinishing, new thermostats, sprinkler and fire alarm systems, and selective window replacement. The commercial spaces received a bathroom upgrade and addition, new thermostats, and the replacement of roofing in areas of need.
