There are 29 one bedroom and 2 two bedroom apartment homes that have modern conveniences with a historic feel. The apartments are designed with an open floor plan and each home is equipped with a full kitchen complete with a dishwasher and ample storage. Residents will enjoy peaceful views of the surrounding park setting.

Resident Activities and Services
Given the importance of the park and the surrounding area, there will be plenty of activities and services available to residents of Muldoon Gardens. The park is home to a farmers market, concert series, seasonal festivals, gardening classes, and many other exciting events! Residents will have the opportunity to plant, maintain and harvest their own garden on-site. There will also be planned activities in the community room where residents are encouraged to participate, and are also welcome to reserve the room for no charge to host an event of their own. Of course, residents are always welcome to enjoy the solitude of their apartment.

Management and Maintenance Staff
Preserving the prominence of the building and providing the comforts of modern living is a high priority of Home Leasing. Our full-time management and maintenance staff will work to ensure the community is well-managed and maintained, allowing you to leave the hassles and cost of home maintenance behind. All maintenance requests will be responded to within 24 hours, with the exception of the weekends, when our maintenance emergency service is available 24/7.

Convenient Parking
Parking is located very close to the building. Residents will register their cars and receive a parking tag.
