Management and Maintenance Staff On-Site
Keeping the community well-managed and maintained is a high priority for Home Leasing, and as such, there are full time management and maintenance staff on site. All maintenance requests will be responded to within 24 hours except on weekends. Our Emergency Maintenance On-Call service is available 24/7.

Supportive Services When Needed
Given Home Leasing’s special relationship with Unity Health System, supportive services are available if needed. Having these services offered at this community will reassure that our residents live comfortably in their homes, even if extra services are required. In addition, emergency pendants will be offered for each resident.

Convenient Parking
Parking is located close to the building. Residents will register their cars and receive a parking tag. Guest parking will be available but overnight guests must be given a special parking pass.
