Gananda is a 1,500 acre, master planned community, located partially in Walworth and partially in Macedon. The land was purchased by Home Leasing in 1977 and has been continuously developed. Today, Gananda has approximately 1,000 homes including single-family homes, patio homes and residential apartments. Gananda has its own public school system, doctor’s offices, fitness center, church, daycare center, retail stores, and Blue Heron Hills Country Club is located in its center. Approximately 400 acres are set aside as a protected nature preserve.

Take Route 441 east through Penfield. After crossing Route 250 (signal light) travel 3.5 miles to Gananda Parkway (signal light). Turn right on Gananda Parkway. The model is on the corner of the Parkway and Autumn Wood Drive.
From Route 31:
Take Canandaigua Road north across Gananda Parkway (caution light). Take a left onto the Parkway. The model is on the corner of the Parkway and Autumn Wood Drive.
From Atlantic Avenue:
Take Canandaigua Road south across Route 441. Take a right at the caution light onto Gananda Parkway. The model is on the corner of the Parkway and Autumn Wood Drive.
