In Community Development, we offer land use studies, design/construction management, financing services/consulting, wetland consulting, and land sales.
Currently we are developing the master planned communities of Gananda, located east of Penfield, and Old Brookside in Canandaigua. Both of these communities offer opportunities for home builders and new commercial establishments.
