Ogden Gardens
Ogden Gardens is located in the Town of Ogden, just outside the Village of Spencerport. The town has public schools, golf courses, churches, shopping areas and industry. Ogden has a rich farming history and has several farm markets offering fresh fruits and vegetables. The Erie Canal runs through the Village of Spencerport and there are many historic homes and sights around town.
The Gardens will reside on over eight fully landscaped acres. Songbirds abound and the air is crisp and fresh!
A community center, card rooms, fitness center, and walking paths will provide excellent opportunities for a healthy active lifestyle. There will be many planned activities on-site. While residents are encouraged to participate in activities, privacy is respected. Residents are always welcome to choose the quiet and solitude of their own apartment homes. Individual mailboxes and a drop box will be conveniently located in the building, along with a large, clean laundry room and indoor garbage disposal areas.
Ogden Gardens will be pet-friendly. Residents are welcome
to have the company of their own cat or dog!
