Farmington Gardens will offer one and two bedroom apartments in both a beautiful setting and a convenient location! This site is conveniently located near the intersection of Route 332 and Route 96, and is close to the New York State Thruway. Nearby there are medical centers, churches, golf courses and libraries. Shopping is within walking distance! However, the building will be set back from the road, beautifully surrounded by a wooded area.
A community center, card rooms, fitness center, and walking paths will provide excellent opportunities for a healthy active lifestyle. There will be many planned activities on-site. While residents are encouraged to participate in activities, privacy is respected. Residents are always welcome to choose the quiet and solitude of their own apartment homes. Individual mailboxes and a drop box will be conveniently located in the building, along with a large, clean laundry room and indoor garbage disposal areas.
