Maintaining a clean, well-groomed appearance in order to assure maximum curb appeal for both prospective and existing residents.- Implementation of a maintenance program geared to the specific needs of the Property including preventive maintenance programs for plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
- Prepare repair or refurbishment plans and recommendations geared to enhancing the property’s revenue production capability.
- Implement and supervise approved plans.
- Conduct a routine monthly inspection of the Property and prepare a summary report of activity and conditions observed.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with the property’s residents.
