Catherine L. Sperrick
Catherine L. Sperrick is President of Home Leasing, LLC. Previously, Cathy had been involved in property management for Conifer Realty and Home Properties. She holds her Tax Credit Specialist certification, is a Certified Property Manager and has worked with Affordable Housing Programs including Project Based Section 8 and Section 236. Cathy is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and earned her Masters in Management from Liberty University.
