Kibler Senior Apartments

The Kibler Senior Apartments demonstrate Home Leasing Service’s expertise in historical rehabilitation. The Kibler High School was built in 1925, and was designed by noted architect E.B. Green. The building was converted to a Senior Living Community by the Veterans Housing Coalition after the school closed in 1983 and in 1999 the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.

After Home Leasing took over management of the project in 2007, Home Leasing Services performed another complete rehabilitation of the building. The rehabilitation includes new carpeting throughout the building, updated parking lot, roof replacement, new heating systems, updated laundry facilities, new entrance sign and paint. The most unique addition by Home Leasing Services to this building is new solar panels on the roof, which have significantly helped to reduce the costs and increase efficiency of the building.
