The Eastgate Apartments are a family community located in Elmira, New York, and was Home Leasing Service’s first rehabilitation project. Due to the poor condition of the property, this rehabilitation provided a substantial challenge for Home Leasing Services. The rehabilitation included changes to both interior and exterior of the property. Exterior improvements included substantial landscaping, road and sidewalk repairs, roof repairs, new patio enclosures and foundation repairs.

The interior rehabilitations included complete kitchen replacements including appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring and plumbing. Each apartment also received fresh paint, new windows, new insulation and updated laundry facilities.
