Gananda Gardens was Home Leasing Service’s first new-build construction project. This beautiful 3 story building was built in a country setting in Macedon, NY. The building was completed ahead of schedule and within Home Leasing’s original budget. The colors, design and furnishings perfectly compliment the country setting. The grounds also feature a walking path, a resident garden and a greenhouse. The success of this building inspired Home Leasing to copy many of the same features in future Garden Apartment Communities.
