The Frederick Douglass Apartments are six historic buildings located at 442-466 1/2 West Main Street in Rochester, NY. These historic buildings are undergoing the rehabilitation 28 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments on the upper floors of the buildings.
For our residents there will be a central community center, laundry room, and a management office.
Also being rehabiliated are ten first floor commerical spaces.
