Our Management Team:

·  Prepares and maintains apartment homes at or above industry recognized standards;

·  Responds and completes service requests within 24 hours or one business day;

·  Follows green management practices;

·  Abides by Fair Housing Law and treats all families equally, honestly, and courteously;

·  Provides activities and amenities to enrich the community;

·  Provides an on staff Resident Services Coordinator to assess needs and facilitate services;

·  Has experience and expertise in many funding programs including but not limited to -  Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HUD programs such as Section 8 and Section 236;

·  Holds many of the top industry accreditations, including Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Resident Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Tax Credit Specialist, (TCS) and Green Management Certification.
