Maintenance Superintendent for the Voters Block Community, West Main Street, Rochester, NY

We are looking for candidates with a solid work history in hands-on building maintenance. This person will also be responsible for getting apartments ready for residents to move in.

Good computer and communication skills are required.

A candidate willing to live on-site is highly desirable.
